Course Description:  Students will learn what causes muscle knots and various ways to release them and ease their referral pain. The second class will involve a two-hour, hands-on demonstration. Students are required to purchase "The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook, Third Edition," which is available, used, for about $12 from several sellers on Amazon. The reference book is written in layman's terms with "how-to" sketches.

Cherie Kiesler has been a nationally-certified Advanced Therapeutic Massage Therapist since 2006. She no longer has a massage practice but wants to share her knowledge of self-care via Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Lymph Drainage.
